We received this dvd player as a part of a employee reward program along with the TV (also from supersonic). The player is fairly easy to setup if you know what you are doing (which took some research on my part) because the book doesn't explain much. I have also tried numerous times to play 3 separate dvds (that all work on other dvd players) and the results are varied. Sometimes it plays all the way through without pause or 'hanging' and more often than not, it stops part way through the movie. When it stops, I can hear a rubbing noise (like it is trying to read the disk). From the point of setup, this dvd player hasn't worked well if not at all. There is no manufacturer phone number/addrees in order to try to get assistance. Bottom line, I do not recommend it.
